Gmail has introduced a new feature allowing users to send free SMS messages through its integrated Chat.To activate the feature, visit the Gmail Labs page and scroll down until you see the appropriate listing.

To send a message, just type a phone number into the search box at the top of the chat window on the left side of the Gmail interface, and hit ‘Send SMS’. Numbers can be associated with contact names so you don’t have to keep manually entering them.Recipients of these messages can respond by simply hitting ‘reply’ on their cell phones to send their own SMS message

Google launches Gmail Themes

On Wednesday(20/11/2008), Google launched themes for Gmail, a feature that lets people customize the appearance of the Webmail application with a variety of new looks. Google is all set to roll out this new feature over the next few days.Gmail Themes is a departure for Google, as they have not been known for offering anything with color and style. you'll find a tab named "Themes" in the settings page and you'll be able to choose from 30 themes. Google are also adding smiley’s to their Gmail service, in the hope of adding a bit of fun to their service.

HIDE THE FILE. 

a) First open command prompt . 
b) Then type 'attrib +s +h “path of the file”
     E.g. Attrib +s+h c:\ Shaasoft \sharaaf
c) And surprise the file will be hidden. 
d)    This will hide the file. 

UNHIDE THE FILE 

a) Again open command prompt. 
b) Then type ’attrib –s -h path of the file’
     E.g. Attrib –s-h c:\ Shaasoft \Sharaaf
c) And you will again gain the file. 

d)This will seek the file.
